My mom and I were lucky enough to spend a full week in Barcelona, Spain and it truly was a “once in a lifetime” adventure. Barcelona is a tourism Mecca, but for a good reason. With a liveliness and bustling urban landscape set amidst an extremely historical area, there was never a shortage of beautiful and interesting things to see or do. We enjoyed tango lessons on a rooftop, beautiful and intricately designed architecture, a cooking lesson in traditional paella, and so much more.
